Everyone sometimes get stressed because of some problems at school , work , home or with friends. It is normal to feel negative feelings . But you shouldn't forget that too much stress can be bad for you.
I usually get stressed when I have to prepare for exams and important tests. Sometimes there are health problems with some of my relatives , which also brings me stress.
Well, it's annoying when teachers give you a lot of homework and you have to prepare for a lot of projects. Only that you can think about in your life is your school problems.
Because of the constant , I may start to sleep poorly and not get enough sleep for the next day.
Apart from this , due to stress, I may eat too little or eat a lot.
To be honest, manage my time helps me. When you allocate all the time, life becomes much easier. But if we talk about sports, it doesn't really help me. I just can't practice regularly. Besides , I can do some yoga sometimes.
When I feel bad, I can always share it with my relatives or friends. Although I always deal with my problems on my own. I don't feel comfortable when i'm asking anyone for support. Listening to the music or sleeping really helps me.
Also relaxation helps me get away from stress. Sometimes I just take a day off from everything.
