Everyone sometimes get stressed because of some problems at school , work , home or with friends. It is normal to feel negative feelings . But you shouldn't forget that too much stress can be bad for you. I usually get stressed when I have to prepare for exams and important tests. Sometimes there are health problems with some of my relatives , which also brings me stress. Well, it's annoying when teachers give you a lot of homework and you have to prepare for a lot of projects. Only that you can think about in your life is your school problems.
