Good afternoon! I’m glad to see you! Let’s talk about stress. There are lots of things that cause stress in your life. I mean school problems, arguments with friends, small salary and etc. As for me I am very anxious about exams. I don’t like school at all. I usually had misunderstanding with my parents about homework. Also I had a bad habit to everything at last moment. Unfortunately this habit can cause, last minute stress as well as poor grades. Another thing which I find really annoying is lack of time. From early morning I should go to school, write projects, visit additional causes and do homework again. So it’s important to manage stress and reduce its effects. First of all I try to find free time on weekends for activities that I enjoy.
