Hi! Today I want to say about things that are stressful for me and how I deal with them. Usually I get stressed because of school. Like school exams or check out homework with angry teachers. Or I can get stressed because of important things that I need to decide immediately or in short time. And I get stressed on different competitions and concerts because there’re lots of people watching at me. I find annoying many things. Actually, it’s when someone ignores me or when I have arguments with someone stupid. I’m bad at managing my time because I’m lazy and always want to do something later. I always do something at the last moment. I don’t think I have many healthy habits. I just sometimes go for a walk with friends, eat some fruit and vegetables and don’t drink a lot of coffee. Actually, I don’t talk with someone when I’m stressed. I don’t know why. I just want to understand my problem by myself. I can do many things to relax.
