Stressful things.

Hi today I`d like to talk about stress and stressful things.

Actually there`re lots of dirrerent things which can make ues stressed but we should know some varients to reduce your stress. And I hope that this article will help you.

I usually get stressed before some tests in my school or exams. I felt really nervous and scared about my results but thes feelings aren`t too long so I become calm fast.

I don`t think that I`ve got a lot of things that are annoying for me or that I hate but I can become angry if no one listens to me while I`m talking. I feel uncomfortable and I don`t want to talk more.

I can say that I don`t manage my time and my daily routine can be difficult for me or it can make me feel bored and tired. I usually try to manage my time well but sometimes it isn`t as good as I expect.

As I said before, everyone should has some habits to reduce stress. They will make our mood and our mental state better. For example, I usually listen to music when I`m stressed or lie on the bed.

I think about everything that happened to find a problem decision. Or if I haven`t got a problem i just try to relax.

You can find your own habits to reduce stress or make it yourself so it will help you.

Actually for someone is better to talk with friends or family to reduce stress. But I never tealk to someone to help me. I usually try to solve my problems on my own or reduce stress myself because I don`t want to waste my friends` time on me.

As I sais I listen to music or lie on my bed to relax but I also can chat with my friends and talk about different topics. Wnen I think about something I like I feel calm and comfortable.
