Hello everyone! In this blog I would like to tell about stress, stressful situations and how to remove stress. Stressful situations occurred to most people and a lot of suffered from them. I experienced a lot of stressful situations from which I suffered. For example when i went from exam to home i thought that i didnt pass and other situations. Personally I have provided an example the most common one for me. I get annoyed when I went to my goal purposefully and it didn’t come true. It would be to get the first place on a competition or just to pass an exam. In some essential cases there is little time and it is necessary to allocate time. If you distribute it incorrectly, you will regret about it . One of the cases of time allocation is doing tasks in the exam. As well you could drink orange juice because it makes people cheerful.

Sport activity is too great for reducing stressful. I regularly do it in summer because weather is excellent in that season.

When i have free time , I play in computer games for reducing stress.

I may give you advice if you have an essential activity for days, try dont make mistakes next situations and remember something from your training before that if you did it.
