Hi. Today I want to tell you something about stress. There are many stressful things in our world. But these things are different for everyone. I'm usually stressed before important events. For example, before an exam or performance. I hate being bothered. People irritate me. Sometimes I just want to be calm and not listen to any whining. I recently learned how to manage my time correctly. In fact, it's difficult but you need to be able to do it. You need to make a plan for the day or week and stick to it. I usually drink coffee and read a book to get rid of stress. But if that doesn't help, I go in for sports. In stressful situations I communicate with my best friend. He always gives good advice and supports me. To relax, I go to the cinema. This really helps. If I want to have fun I go to the parties with my friends. P.S. While I was doing this project I experienced the most enormous amount of stress in my life. If you don't want to fell stressed, don't do projects late at night.
