So, without further ado, what we would like you to practice from now on is a Zen method called Scientific Zen.
■Understanding Scientific Zen
First of all, when doing Scientific Zen, it is essential to clearly recognize what the purpose of this Scientific Zen is. Scientific Zen is not something painful, but something enjoyable. When the effects of this Scientific Zen appear, you will feel so happy that tears will naturally come out as if you were ascending to heaven. Therefore, do not give up halfway. Scientific Zen can speed up the circulation of human will. As a result, harmony can be achieved in the body, health can be restored, and longevity can be achieved. It can also activate a tired brain and increase the speed of thought. Therefore, you must continue it.
Next is how to do Scientific Zen. When implementing Scientific Zen, you create a triangle in your whole body. The detailed content will be explained on another occasion, but the shape to create the “human triangle” is a planar geometric series. Therefore, this planar geometric series must be three-dimensional. To make this three-dimensional, there is a time contract, so you cannot proceed unless you continue for a set X time.
Then, once you start Scientific Zen, you should not put strength into your body. If you put strength into your body, the tip of human will, that is, the tip of the magnetic electric alternating current, will stop at that place. Therefore, the progress of will circulation ends there.
Scientific Zen, when you are a beginner, you should not overdo it and continue for five minutes, eleven minutes, twenty-three minutes, forty-five minutes. After a while, when you get used to Zen, you can continue for one hour or even two hours. And when Scientific Zen is over, take a deep breath three times.
■Scientific Zen for Disease Treatment
First of all, there is an order to do Scientific Zen.
First, becoming a fetal type is the first method. That is, if you want to do Scientific Zen, close your eyes and quietly place both hands on your knees in a quiet room. Then calm your mind and swear in your heart, “I will do Scientific Zen from now on.” The fetal type is, as shown in the figure, the type of fetus in the mother’s body, that is, the type around eight or nine months. Collapse your feet, raise your thighs, and attach the triangle of your feet tightly. Next, with the triangle of both arms, make a shape that covers the flexion of the foot. Then, put the palms of your clasped hands under your chin. In this way, about five seconds, then take a deep breath.
Second, next is the first type of person type, as shown in Figure 2. Sit down and put both hands on your knees, take a deep breath. Continue this for about five seconds. Third, the second type of person type is done. It is as shown in Figure 3. That is, put both hands on the root of your waist, take a deep breath once, and continue for about five seconds.
Fourth, as shown in Figure 4, the third type of person type is done. That is, put both hands on the upper side of your waist, take a deep breath, once, continue for about five seconds.
Fifth, think that the end of the above four types is about five minutes. Then, take the clasped type as shown in Figure 5.
In addition, these sitting methods are comfortable postures for Japanese people by habit, but I think they are very painful for Westerners. If you feel pain, please sit on a chair and implement it for the period until you get used to it. After a while, when you get used to it, please cross your legs in the Zen style.
If you continue this Scientific Zen every day, a slight movement will eventually occur in the arm you clasped. This is evidence that the separation of the brain nerves and the sympathetic nerves has begun. And if you continue every day, this movement [sympathetic movement] will occur throughout the body, and gymnastics of hands and feet will automatically start. Then you will feel extremely refreshing both physically and mentally. So, after this movement is over, proceed to the saint type.【Figure 6】
When you proceed to the saint type, a strong alternating current of rays begins in the palm of your hand. This “palm of the hand” power can be used to perform “palm therapy”. This is something with considerable effect, but the more anyone advances to this state, the more power they will have.
To make this power even better, you have to sit a person in front of you, and you have to be able to see the phenomenon of radioactivity from the whole body of that person. And when the phantom shown in this figure appears, the biophoton phenomenon becomes active and the human body begins to emit light. When this power comes out, if you rub the body of a person with a disease with this palm, a very effective power will appear for recovery.
So, if you continue the clasped type for about one or two months, various movements [sympathetic movements] will occur.
As the speed of intention circulation increases, it approaches zero seconds, and in the process, the speed of intention transmission reaches the speed of light. Thus, the biophoton phenomenon becomes active.
