Main Responsibilities: Key requirements:
1-3 year experience in investment banking / valuation / corporate finance department in real sector companies
Degree in economics or finance from the first tier university (NES, HSE, MSU, Financial University under the Government, MGIMO)
Sound understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting
Experience in building financial models and drafting presentations from scratch
Fluent English and Russian
Desire and ability to come up with proposals

- Financial modelling and valuation
- Drafting of marketing materials (pitchbooks, teasers and information memorandums)
- Market research, law changes monitoring and data analysis.
- Recommending changes to the portfolio based on client needs, market conditions and legal changes.
- Preparing regular reports detailing the performance of the portfolio, including holdings and prices.
