Internship is always a compulsory part of MSA curriculum. This year students were lucky enough to take part in the World Youth Festival –international mega event with more than 20 thousands participants.
During their internship RIOU students could:
• learn about the operations and infrastructure of the host organization;
• develop knowledge of the system and processes of event management;
• get to know main functional areas of an event.
Upon completing their internship, students are to make a written report including:
• roles and activities of event stakeholders;
• event management system and processes;
• event consumers;
• PR activities;
• event profile.
Internship is a great way to connect classroom knowledge to real-world experience. Learning is one thing, but taking those skills into the workforce and applying them is a great way to explore different career paths and specializations that suit individual interests.
