Job position: Operations and Client Service Specialist
This is a full-time onsite position.
Key responsibilities
• Various types of tasks in the operations department
• Analytics and calculations
• Work in the database, reconciliation of trade flows
• Documents preparation
• Taking care of clients’ requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries
• Building strong, positive relationships with clients
Your profile

• University degree in finance
• High attention to detail, excellent analytical and math skills
• Excellent communication and soft skills
• Focus on quality of service delivered
• Excellent writing skills, ability to clearly express yourself
• Stress resilience

• Fluent English and Russian
