Recently I had a task to ask my classmates about different habbits and attitudes towards gaming. As a person who relates to this sphere directly, I know a lot about this massive gaming industry and especially about comunities in different games. In this blog I'm going to share with you the results of my gaming quiz.
Totally I had 10 different questions about various directions in gaming culture. Here are all those questions:
1. Do you think games are needed for modern people?
2. How would you play: solo or in a squad?
3. Which kind of games do you like most?
4. How many hours have you played in all the games you've ever played? (totally played hours)
5. Whivh advice do you play on?
6. Are you interested in becoming a cybersportsman?
7. If you follow any cybersportsmen, which one is your favourite?
8. Which game would you like to play most?
9. Do you like listening to music while playing?
10. Which unique skill do you have? (building, strafing, movement for ex.)
The results shocked me, but here they are:
According to results of this quiz, people I've asked are not interested in gaming at all. Some of them are the players of the old school games, some don't play at all. Honestly I'm not glad to see such results at all. I know a lot about gaming industry, but now I know that there are many people in a world who doesn't know about it.
Although, now, when I'm thinking about it afterward th quiz, I understand that that's normal for modern people not to know about something which continues growing and growing into a big sphere. I don't think that it is a big problem, but gaming is an important part of our lives, which we can't ignore. So probably in the near future, this problem will be solved and the biggest part of humanity will now how to play games at least as the way of education.
