- Monitoring the daily sales activities of sales agents.
- Ability to connect with clients at various levels
Maintaining and Updating the Team Sales Report. . You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to the upper management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills . Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill Minimum 2 Years banking Experience in SME & business Loans or at least 3 Years DSA Experience required in Dubai.(Only apply).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with eye for detail Fixed Salary plus Attractive Incentives will be provided.
