I think the best place for a rock concert is the park, because it's fresh and there's a lot of space. Of course, the place should be in Moscow because there are more people. So the best place for the festival is "The Krasnaya Presnya Park"
Of course, money is needed for the festival, so you need to find a sponsor, It can be anyone rich. For example, Alfa Bank. It has sponsored festivals many time.
Who would I invite to the concert? I think of such musicians as: Radio Tapok, Asper X, Skillet. I really like these musicians, so I would love to invite them.
I also think it's a good idea to put up stalls with souvenirs, food and drinks because the festival is long and you need to eat and drink something. And of course, in order not to spoil the beautiful nature around, all drinks and food will be in paper dishes.
