I am Olesya Grimaylo

My name is Olesya Grimaylo, and I used to work as a professional chef. I have always had a great passion and constant desire to explore the art of culinary. That's why I decided to start this blog and share my knowledge.

I have a special preference for Russian cuisine. I was born and raised in Krasnodar, in a Russian family. My mother worked as a cook in a production facility. After school, I always enjoyed helping her in the kitchen with her work. And on weekends, when our family would gather, my mother would always cook incredibly delicious dishes: shchi, borscht, roasted poultry, pancakes, pies, pastries, and much more. Often, there would also be dishes from Central Asian cuisine on our table: my mother's pilaf was a true work of art, as well as dishes like lamb, kuurdak, lagman, and beshbarmak with horse meat. I always happily helped her cook at home. Even now, many years later, I remember and use some of her secrets. It seems that even back then, when I was a schoolgirl, I understood that my whole life would be connected with cooking. After that, I worked in major restaurants in Europe and then returned to Moscow.

Now, I am mastering neural networks and applying them in life. All the pictures are mine, processed through the network. In them, I am young and beautiful, so as not to spoil anyone's appetite)))
