Statement: playing sports is better than watching other people doing them. Some of us like spending time in front of the TV watching sport programs. It’s obviously less healthier than going jogging or doing gymnastics, but is it really better at all?
As I think, playing sports and watching sports are different things, so comparing them isn’t completely right. Each of these activities has its own advantages and disadvantages. For example, doing some physical exercises makes us feel happiness and satisfaction. Watching sports can motivate to start training. It can be inspiring, so it might serve as a good way to find energy and power. But watching only can lead to problems with health as fatness, and practicing active sports can be traumatic. So we see that we can’t say playing is better than watching, and both things can make us feel good or bad.
