The ANNO «International Academy of Sciences» enhances the professional knowledge of its supervisors.
On July 30, 2024, Sergey Vasilyevich Lataev, Deputy head of the «Prometheus» Research Group, full member of the «Russian Geographical Society», Vice President of the ANNO of the «International Academy of Sciences» for Interaction and Public Relations, underwent professional retraining under the program «Psychology of Self-knowledge through the methodology of Parapsychology». These skills are necessary for us in the study of the world order and the universe. By participating in various expeditions, our independent scientists and researchers make new discoveries at the level of hypotheses, and we, like the air, need any knowledge that helps us get closer to the truth. Parapsychology is a science that studies and explains psychic phenomena that cannot be explained from the point of view of official academic and materialistic modern science. That is, this direction captures and tries to explain the manifestation of unusual abilities in people, objects and abnormal places. This is how Philosophy: An Encyclopedic Dictionary, edited by A. A. Ivina, 2004:
«Parapsychology is the science of the manifestations of mental forces, which must be explained from a natural scientific point of view, although they are not such in nature».
The «Philosophical Encyclopedic Dictionary», 2010, gives us its definition:
«Parapsychology is a field of psychological research that studies mainly forms of sensitivity that provide ways of receiving information that cannot be explained by the activity of known sensory organs, as well as the corresponding forms of effects of one living being on another».

Since the ANNO of the «International Academy of Sciences» has a branch that studies occultism, history, anomalous manifestations, theology, ufology, and the like, we simply need this knowledge.
