A lot of colours have different meanings. In various countries one colour has different meanings. I’ll tell you about colours in Italy.
National colours of Italy are green, white, and red. They are pictured on Italian flag so I’m going to tell you about them later. Also the national colour is savoy blue. It’s named after the House of Savoy of the Royal Dynasty. And uniform of Italian athletes is blue too.
As I said before, colours of Italian flag are green, white and red. Green means hope, fertility and nature. White means the snowed Alps along north country border. Also it means peace and clearness. Red means blood, victims, strength, courage and loyalty.

Yellow could mean novel or romance, because in Italy was popular novel with yellow cover.
Orange associate with calmness, liveliness.
Black means mourning, luxury and elegance.
Grey means pessimistic mood and also it’s an elegance colour.
Purple is an unlucky colour and green is lucky.
