Nowadays lots of people don't know what they want and dream about. Probably, this difficulty comes from the childhood. But does that mean all children's dreams come true?

In my opinion, people overstate when they say "I dreamt about that all my childhood!" Dreams, as values, change during the life when experiencing different situations, new feelings, so in different life periods we dream about different things. They're not state even if we think our plans are unchangeable. Also, children in their age don't realise a part of their wishes won't come true as they can't analyse their dreams yet - children's conscience isn't formed. So, they just dream without planning ways to reach it.

On the other side, the dreaming ability which develops from three to nine years, influences on all person's life. If he has learned to dream, he uses the skills of planning, fantasising and visualising, what helps him to deal with stress and impatience and believe in his dreams. In some case, children learn to dream, and that makes their life easier and happier, and later dreaming forms a habit. So, dreaming is a useful thing.

But by understanding the statement in way that great ideas from the childhood come true in adulthood, I don't agree with that. We can't dream about one thing, our wishes change. And if new dreams appear, that's OK. The most important is that we know how to dream. Even if our childhood wish isn't valuable anymore, life continues. We'll want something different.
