Fyodor Vladimirovich Ovchinnikov (born June 10, 1981[3], Syktyvkar, Komi ASSR[3] or Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region.[4]) is a Russian businessman, entrepreneur, blogger[5], founder and CEO of Russian chain of fast food restaurants "Dodo Pizza"[6][7][8][9].
Biography
Fyodor Ovchinnikov was born on June 10, 1981 in Troitsk Chelyabinsk region[10]. Fedor's parents moved to Syktyvkar when he was two years old. He graduated from school №12 and the history department at Syktyvkar State University, majoring in archeology. In 2018, he took part in the program “Now I’m a boss!” (rus: «Теперь я босс!») of the channel “Friday" (rus: «Пятница»).
Entrepreneurial activity
He began his career in 2003 as a designer at the “Sever” (rus: Север - North) advertising agency. In 2004, he became director of the marketing service of the “City of Masters’” (rus: «Город мастеров») supermarket company in Syktyvkar.
In 2006, he opened the bookstore “The Power of Mind” (rus: «Сила ума») and started a blog of the same name[11][12]. After the crisis, Fedor sold his share for 600,000 rubles and went on an internship at pizzeria Papa John's and at fast food chain establishment McDonalds located in the city of St.Petersburg.
In 2011, Fyodor rented a small room in the center of Syktyvkar[13]. This is how the first pizzeria “Dodo Pizza” has appeared. Within six months of operation, the pizzeria’s revenue reached 1 million rubles. By the spring of 2012, he had established business processes in the company and attracted the first franchisees[14].
Since 2016, Dodo Pizza has become the largest chain of pizzerias in Russia[15][16].
In 2018, he launched the cloud ERP-system “Dodo IS”, developed specifically for a chain of pizzerias[17][18]. In the same year, the company took 2nd place among the most popular franchises in 2017, according to the RBC rating[19].
In May 2018, a drug scandal occurred in one of the chain’s establishments. Ovchinnikov was involved in the case as a witness and was summoned for interrogation[20].
In the summer of 2022, Ovchinnikov finished being the controlling shareholder of Dodo International Group Limited - the company's legal entity in Great Britain[21]
At the end of April 2022, He invested in the Dubai delivery service YallaMarket[22].
At the end of 2023, he plans to leave the post of CEO of Dodo Brands[23][24].

Family
The businessman is married to Lyudmila Ovchinnikova. The family has two children. In 2005, a daughter was born into the family, and a son in 2011. The daughter goes to ballet school, the son is fond of martial arts.[source not specified 241 days]
