Kiiking is an national Estonian sport , also it is popular here.
From the Estonian language, this sport can be translated as 'swing'. By the way , It isn't similar sport.
You have to to swing on a swing and do the "sun". The sun — it is scrolling on 360° . To play this sport, you need a special adjustable swing.
In That sport, the swing reaches from 3 to 8 meters. Kiiking improve your legs because the main work always on them.
This sport officially appeared in Estonia in 1990, although it have already been before that.
For 2022, the world record is a full circle completed on 7.43 m. There have never been a competitions in this sport in Estonia . The maximum that you can do is to break the world record.
