Today I want to tell you about snowstorm in New York. It happened on 11th February in 2006. In the evening it started heavy snowfall. Thick of the snow was about 60 centimetres, and in central park about 70. There was a power cut, because of the snowfall. People were working all night to repair electricity. People had to stay at home and clear snow near their houses by themselves. Many people got into the accident that day. Or their cars just stopped in snow. On the streets there were all of the cars that clear snow. All of New York’s airports had to cancel flights. It was snowing for 3 days. Fortunately no one died.
