Once upon a time, there was a group of cats and dogs living in the same house. They all got along pretty well, but the cats and dogs couldn't resist teasing each other about their differences.
One day, the cats and dogs decided to have a competition to settle the debate once and for all. They decided to try a race.
The cats said, “It should be easy for us to win; after all, we’re the nimble ones!”
The dogs laughed and said, “We may not be as agile as you, but we’re sure not slow!”
On the day of the race, all the cats and dogs gathered, eager to see who would win. The cats confidently took their places at the starting line and waited for the signal to begin.
The start gun went off and the cats took off like lightning. The dogs weren’t far behind; they chased after the cats, trying to catch up.
After several laps around the house, the cats and dogs managed to cross the finish line at the same time.
The cats gloated and said, “See, we told you we could win!”
The dogs replied, “No, you didn’t. We tied!”
The cats and dogs then laughed and hugged each other in a spirit of good sportsmanship, realizing that, even though they were different, they all had one thing in common: they were family.
