Недавно у меня возникло желание покрасить старую лестницу и лестничную площадку (Далее - площадка) расположенную возле квартиры в которой живу. Для этого были израсходованы: время на поиск необходимой информации и денежные средства на приобретение товаров для выполнения работ.
С какими препятствиями я столкнулся?

Recently I had the desire to paint the old staircase and landing (hereinafter - landing) located near the apartment where I live. For this purpose, I spent time to find the necessary information and money to purchase goods for the work.
What obstacles did I encounter?
1) Для того чтобы соседи могли использовать лестницу и площадку, а я мог её покрасить в дневное время, мной было принято решение покрасить лестницу и площадку частично. Однако после нанесения краски и лака в разный период времени было обнаружено, что яркость краски на поверхности объекта различается, одна часть объекта была темнее другой. Но хочу обратить внимание, что нанося другую краску и лак в разное время после высыхания на старых деревянных плинтусах, с такими последствиями я не столкнулся. С учётом этого мной было принято решение красить полностью лестницу и площадку в ночное время.
Translation:
In order to allow neighbors to use the stairs and platform, and I could paint it in the daytime, I decided to paint the stairs and platform partially. However, after applying paint and varnish at different times, it was found that the brightness of the paint on the surface of the object is different, one part of the object was darker than the other. But I would like to point out that applying other paint and varnish at different times after drying on old wooden baseboards I did not encounter such consequences. With this in mind, I decided to paint the entire staircase and landing at night time.
2) После покраски лестницы и площадки в дневное время были обнаружены следы от обуви, в вечернее время от лап собаки несмотря на то, что рядом с местами окрашивания был наклеен малярный скотч на котором в виде текста и указательного рисунка была отображена уведомительная информация о месте нанесения краски и о высохшей части поверхности объекта. Примеры событий:
* Ранее проходивший и видевший окрашивание лестницы, площадки совершеннолетний сосед с верхнего этажа почему-то решил спуститься вниз по лестнице с собакой (похожей на собаку породы мопс) не привязав её на поводок. Из-за этого лапы собаки оставили след на только что окрашенной площадке.
* Муж дочери соседки, проживающей напротив квартиры в которой живу, не заметил с высоты собственного роста малярный скотч с уведомительной информацией о месте нанесения краски и о высохшей части поверхности объекта, поэтому наступил на подсыхающую часть лестницы.
Translation:
After painting the staircase and the landing, shoe marks were found in the daytime and dog pawprints in the evening, despite the fact that a painter's tape had been put up near the places of painting, on which notification information about the place of paint application and about the dried part of the object's surface was displayed in the form of text and an index picture. Examples of events:
* Earlier, an adult neighbor from the upper floor, who had previously passed by and seen the painting of the stairs and the landing, for some reason decided to go down the stairs with a dog (similar to a pug dog) without leashing it. This caused the dog's paws to leave a mark on the newly painted landing.
* The husband of the neighbor's daughter's daughter, who lives across the street from the apartment I live in, did not notice from his own height the painter's tape with notification information about the place of paint application and about the dried part of the surface of the object, so he stepped on the drying part of the stairs.
Позже после высыхания краски и лака на поверхности лестницы были обнаружены пятна которые намоченной тряпкой не смывались. Возможно кто-то мог таким образом напакостить специально, ранее подобных пятен на старой лестнице обнаружено не было.
Translation:
Later, after the paint and varnish had dried, stains were found on the surface of the stairs, which could not be washed off with a wet rag. It is possible that someone could have done this on purpose, as no such stains were found on the old staircase before.
С учётом столкновения с происходящими событиями хочу сказать, что возможно начинать делать капитальный ремонт в подобных многоквартирных домах нужно с установки камер видеонаблюдения на всех этажах каждого подъезда.
Translation:
Taking into account the events I would like to say that it is possible to start capital repairs in such apartment buildings with installation of video surveillance cameras on all floors of each entrance.
