I think Nikita [Daxak] made this decision because he could no longer take part in The International 12 as a player. In my understanding, Daxak is a very tough player in terms of discipline. This imposes a certain pattern of play on his team. For a coach, such a mindset may be much better suited.
Need to find good chemistry with the players in Quest Esports. So that they listen to him, understand him, so that his ideas work and believe in them. Then you can get a good result, otherwise there will be a complete failure.
On September 8, Quest Esports officially introduced Daxak as a coach for the Dota 2 squad. Prior to this, the e-sportsman represented Level UP, with which he competed in the qualifiers for The International 2023 for Western Europe, where he took 5-6th place and lost his chance to qualify for the main part of the competition.
