We asked our future MSA students to share their expectations on their study at RIOU.

• Why have you chosen the MSA program?
I have chosen the MSA programme for a variety of reasons. To begin with, as Mr. Oleg Matytsin once said, "with great power comes great responsibility," and RIOU, a renowned and internationally recognised landmark for a Master in Sports Administration, will provide me with the knowledge and expertise needed for my plan to develop a sustainable career and improve my interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. In addition, I am looking forward to visiting the RIOU library, which contains over "7,000 books on the sports industry in English," according to Renata Zinnatullina (an alumna). More, participating in the programme will undoubtedly allow me to broaden my network and engage with leaders from all around the world. In conclusion, through recognised recognition and the huge RIOU library resources, I will be able to create a sustainable career, strengthen my abilities, and extend my worldwide network by choosing the MSA course at RIOU.
• What are your expectations from the program and training in Sochi?
When the programme is completed, I expect to have a Master's Degree in Sports Administration, the ability to assist my country in furthering its sports development, and the opportunity to work with my NUSF to raise university sports by increasing their level of competition on national and international stages. I also hope to work for the Ministry of Sport, using the knowledge I gained at RIOU and eventually focusing on continental and international sports organisations.
