We asked our future MSA students to share their expectations on their study at RIOU.

• Why have you chosen the MSA program?
Since I am passionate about sports and have a strong desire to pursue my career in the world sports industry, I hope the RIOU MSA programme can become a motivation and a guide for me to further realize my career dream on the international sports platform. I also hope that, like previous years, the program will become a mainstay for higher-level positions in the sports industry. Additionally, MSA will be helpful for my personal growth with skills, practice and knowledge to make a contribution to the sporting field.
• What are your expectations from the program and training in Sochi?
Real-time educational experience for skills and industrial training is my main expectation. I expect the MSA program to be one of the best turning points in my life, connecting me with the international sports industry to meet the future needs of sports as an administrator, manager, educator, researcher, and many more. Networking is another expectation as it leads me to make valuable connections and collaborations within the sports industry. In addition to the educational programme, I am looking forward to exploring different sports, especially winter sports, as there are no winter sports in my country, Sri Lanka, and gaining a broader understanding of the world of sports.
