We introduce a new unit “Fan-centric Approach in Event Management”.
Upon completing this course students will be able to:
• Identify and understand the role and responsibilities of each of the stakeholders involved in the organisation of global sporting events
• Understand the benefits of a fan-centric vision for the entire ecosystem (growth of the digital fan base, increase in attendance at sporting events, improve the conversion rate and optimisation of fans’ innate trust and unconditional love) ;
• Profile different types of fans in order to anticipate their needs and intercept their expectations;
• Elaborate and map the experience in a sporting event while developing new points of contact to maximize the monetization of the spectator experience in a mass event;
