The International Customs Forum

The International Customs Forum (ICF) will take place on October 30-31, 2023 at the World Trade Center in Moscow.

The Forum, which is a new format of the exhibition “Customs Service” which was held annually since 1999, will again become a meeting place for Russian and foreign experts in customs sector, international trade, logistics, finance and economics. who will take part in a rich business program and modern interactive exhibition exposition.

This year Forum’s program will include dozens of events united in 12 thematic pillars covering, among others, such issues as transformation of international logistics and development of transport corridors, support and facilitation of foreign economic activities, digitalization of foreign trade, international cooperation, e-commerce, AEO, «Single Window» and many other key issues related to customs domain.

Plenary and panel sessions, round tables, business breakfasts, presentations and master classes, as well as bilateral negotiations and agreements signing ceremony are scheduled within the intensive program.

The Forum also includes comprehensive business program and a large-scale interactive exhibition of modern customs technologies.

Traditionally, leaders of the Russian Government, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Tax Service, other federal authorities, as well as representatives of the business community, foreign customs and government administrations and international organizations, take part in the Forum.
