Dear Diary,
I haven't written for a long while. To be honest, I have merely been exhausted by winter coldness that certainly numbs my daily routines and reduces me to almost 15% of my usual activities bestowing me alternatively with more kilograms.
Having said that, I'm struggling to recover from winter hibernation and become more active. Three weeks ago I joined an English literature club that is called ‘Sunrise’. It is held in a Moscow library, by a dedicated volunteering lady. The meetings are held on Wednesdays. I've attended the discussions about The Ugly Duckling by A.A.Milne, a comedy play; The Fishing-Boat Picture" by Alan Sillitoe; and The Nine Billion Names Of God by Arthur Clarke. Such Literature Evenings encourage an breathe new life into my English Journey.
I can't wait the next meeting on April 19th to discuss a short story by Peter Selgin -- Driving Picasso-- with the other club members.
Thank you very much for stopping by and reading my post.
