Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Strategy Consultant specializing in real estate strategy. This exciting project supports a mid-market client in crafting a comprehensive corporate and business strategy across a 12-16 week engagement.

Key Responsibilities
⭕️ Market Assessments: Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic insights
⭕️ Strategy Development: Formulate tailored growth plans
⭕️ Implementation Support: Work alongside stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
⭕️ Reporting & Communication: Engage effectively with stakeholders to deliver project milestones

Qualifications
💢Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
💢5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
💢Strong understanding of GCC real estate markets and experience in hands-on strategy development
💢Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
