В "Открытом банке заданий ОГЭ" есть два задания на данную тему, но их содержание отличается: вопросы, на которые нужно ответить, различны. Привожу оба задания с моими вариантами выполнения здесь.
Task 3. You are going to give a talk about TV. You will have to start in 1.5 minutes and speak for not more than 2 minutes (10–12 sentences). Remember to say:
· why people spend time watching TV;
· what most teenagers prefer: watching TV or browsing the Internet, and why;
· whether there is a TV programme you really like;
· what your attitude to watching TV as a way to spend your free time is.
You have to talk continuously.
I am going to give a talk about TV. Watching TV is a popular pastime. People spend time watching TV because there are interesting films and different programmes on. They can relax and spend time with their family while watching TV. In my opinion, most teenagers prefer browsing the Internet because they can find what they like there. In the Internet there is a wider choice of videos than on TV and they can see them any time. As for me, I watch only films on TV, so there is no other TV programme I like. I think watching TV is not a bad way to spend free time, but, personally, I prefer the Internet. I use it more often than TV and find it more interesting. That’s all I wanted to say about TV.

I am going to give a talk about TV. In the past watching TV was a popular pastime. Nowadays a lot of teenagers prefer the Internet. They can find exciting videos and interesting information there. They play computer games, do sports, listen to music and do other things instead of watching TV. Personally, I sometimes watch films on TV. It takes me about three hours a week, usually at weekends. My parents and I have different tastes, so we watch different TV programmes. Sometimes we see films together. In my opinion, watching TV has become less popular. Personally, I prefer the Internet. I use it more often than TV and find it more interesting. That’s all I wanted to say about TV.
