Воспитание патриотизма является одной из важнейших задач современной школы. Материалы и задания на эту тему можно найти во многих школьных курсах. Не является исключением и английский язык, поэтому вполне вероятно, что учащимся может быть предложено порассуждать на тему патриотизма и на экзаменах. Для своих учеников я подготовила текст по теме, на основе которого предлагаю проделать сразу несколько заданий в формате ЕГЭ - лексико-грамматических, по чтению и говорению. Говорение (ответы на вопросы) является заключительным заданием, перед которым ребята уже несколько раз проработают текст и смогут запомнить ключевые идеи. Важно выполнять задания именно в той последовательности, в которой они предлагаются.

A Patriotism is a concept that has been (WIDE) discussed and debated throughout history. What does it truly mean to be a patriot?
