So, justice depends on justice — the most important part of our lives, because injustice breaks the destinies of people and entire nations, therefore, the most worthy citizens should be selected for the positions of judges who carry out this justice. And in order for these worthy citizens to become judges themselves, they must have a special status and special privileges, including high salaries as the basis of the prestige of the specialty, while they must also be given high responsibility for their judicial decisions. This will make it possible to select judges from among the best specialists in their field. In order to improve the professionalism of judges, the courts should be divided into criminal courts, civil courts and arbitration courts. In order to ensure the objectivity of justice, the court session should not be formalized. Thus, the second article 2 of the CPC of the Russian Federation says that the tasks of civil proceedings are the correct and timely consideration and resolution of civil cases in order to protect violated or disputed rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens, organizations, rights and interests of the Russian Federation.
