Bitcoin Loses Ground, Market Declines
🔴On March 28, Bitcoin (BTC) dropped to $85.1K, losing the gains it made earlier in the week. Currently, BTC is trading around $85.3K, down 2.5% over the past 24 hours and 4% for the month. Ethereum (ETH) fell even further—5.8% to $1.9K.
🔴The total crypto market capitalization shrank by 2.5% to $2.78T. Among the top 10 cryptocurrencies, Dogecoin (DOGE) declined by 7.6%, Solana (SOL) by 4.3%, and XRP by 5%. The biggest loser of the day was Story (IP) (-12%), while Cronos (CRO) gained 6.7%.
🔴Exchanges liquidated 142,000 traders’ positions totaling $335M, with $276M in long positions. Despite this, U.S. Bitcoin ETFs have attracted $1.06B over the last 10 days, confirming strong BTC demand, in contrast to Ethereum, where investors continue to withdraw funds.
