Physical well-being

Hello I would like to tell you about my sports exercises.I do exercises every day,and it’s very good.if you want have physical body. after school I usually play football with ma classmates. Other exercises which I do-it’s play basketball and volleyball.on the weekends I always run in the morning about2-5 km. This exercise help your stamina.I like playing football volleyball,basketball with my friends. This is very cool and funny.I think all of the sport activities can help you to keep fit.for example if you do exercises every day,your body will be very strong.
