I want to tell you about the sport that I do after school to keep fit. There are physical education lessons at my school and 3 years ago we started learning to play volleyball. I really liked it, so I decided to do this sport outside of school.
Playing volleyball is very good for your health. This trains the muscles of the eyes and expands the field of vision. Also, this game has a positive effect on the nervous system and helps to cope wit’s stress.
At this time, I play volleyball 3 times a week. I really like this sport, because it helps to keep fit and you can also play volleyball with friends.
