An exercise plan.

I do a warp-up after school to do my homework. I train my eyes and arms. I spend 5 minute for eyes and 2 minute for arms. At school I train too. But that harder then at home. Half-lesson we did warm-up and we play sports. It can be volleyball or basketball. We have 3 PE lessons at week and I thing that's enough. I don't do anything at the weekend. But I’m thinking of training at the holidays. I often did athletics and cycling at summer. I did this with my friend Maxim. First exercise we did was cycling. We rode a bike around the city and later go to outdoor gym. It was in sport park called RTS. Weight training gave us stronger. First we did a warm-up and then we practiced. We pulled up and lifted heavy things. Now we don’t do this because we don’t have enough time. At home I sometimes do some exercise like in this video. This exercise make me energy. I keep fit myself and I can do a lot of thing after school. That's all I wanted to say. Don't forget about workouts!
