How to transport a cat from Russia

They declined our first request when we send four pages of form 5a by saying no immunisation card. But form 5a does contain info about vaccines, but in small font on the third page. So we send translated form 1 and it was okay.
How to translate form
1. Translate only dates and names of the vaccines and info about the cat, use big bold font. Then check if the information about vaccines is clearly visible. If not, they can ask for an immunisation card. There are some services which can help you.
