"Immediately, because Herod did not give glory to God, an angel of the Lord stuck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died". Acts.12:23
(1) Receive our hearty greetings, Lord, for waking us this day.
(2) In our nation and localities, we are found to be living with Herods.
(3) They threaten, they intimidate, they exploit. Our Herods are Heartless and remorseless!
(4) Like the biblical Herod, may they be eaten by worms!
(5) Because they make themselves God, may they be deposed and humiliated!
(6) Bid that we see their end and not otherwise!
(7) They do not preserve your glory; they assume it.
But in our lives and families, may you be glorified!
In our endeavours and operations, may You be exalted!
(8) We sink our families and localities in the potent blood of JESUS! We pray in JESUS name!! Amen!!!
