Сегодня мы осилили ещё одну 3-х метровую панель, которая служит одновременно перемычкой над окном и опорой для перекрытия. Соответственно заложили армирование в нижнюю и верхнюю часть. Напечатали защитный слой арматуры. Так как внутренняя часть будет заполняться теплоизоляцией, защита арматуры будет полной. Согласно инженерных расчётов этого должно быть достаточно для нашего небольшого дома. В целом процесс идет все ровнее, нашего вмешательства требуется все меньше. Впереди ещё несколько этапов автоматизации процессов. /
Continuing 3D printing
Today we have managed one more 3 meters long panel. It has at the same time the role of a lintel and a base for the ceiling. Accordingly we have installed reinforcements in the bottom and the top parts. We have printed the protection layers for the reinforcement. As we are going to fill the inner part with thermal insulation we will get a full reinforcement protection. According to the engineering calculations this should be enough for our little house. In general the process goes smoother and our interference is needed less and less. There are several stages of automatisation ahead.
