Maestro Moiseyev (1960). Russian symphonic, opera, ballet, choral conductor, public figure. He graduated from the famous Academic Music College at the Moscow State Conservatory, the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory under great conductors Dmitry Kitajenko and Gennady Rozhdestvensky.
