Risotto

Risotto is a rice dish. Usually vegetables or mushrooms are added to rice. Most of the dish is eaten in Italy. The history of this dish is connected with the history of rice in Italy. Cereals were first brought to the country in the Middle Ages. INGREDIENTS: Rice - 400 g Onion - 1 piece Chicken broth - 1l Olive oil - 50 ml  Dry white wine - 150 ml Cream - 75 ml  Сheese - 50 g COOKING INSTRUCTIONS : 1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion until it becomes soft. 2. Add the rice to the pan and mix well. Add the wine, stir and cook until the wine is absorbed. 3. Add a little hot broth and mix well. 4. When the rice is ready, remove the pan from the heat and add cream and cheese. The dish is ready!
