Ratatouille

A little bit about my dish. I chose it because one of my favorite cartoons is "Ratatouille" and I decided that it would be very interesting. In order to prepare a well-known dish for 5 people, we will need the following ingredients: zucchini 1piece zucchini 1 piece tomatoes 5 pieces eggplant 1 piece onion 1 piece bulgarian pepper 1 piece olive oil 4 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper half teaspoon provencal herbs 1 teaspoon garlic 3 cloves balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Step 1 We will wash all the vegetables and prepare the ingredients we need. Step 2 Finely chop 2 tomatoes, onion and 2 garlic cloves. Step 3 Pour half of the cooked olive oil into a preheated frying pan. Then add the chopped vegetables and fry for 3-5 minutes. Step 4 Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. Put it in a frying pan with the vegetables already being prepared for another 2-3 minutes. Step 5 We salt, pepper and extract Provencal herbs and a little balsamic vinegar. Stir the sauce and remove from the heat. Step

In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic clove, olive oil, salt and herbs of Provence. Smear the vegetables, cover with foil and put ratatouille in the oven at 160 degrees for an hour. Then remove the foil and leave the vegetables for another 30 minutes.
