Main aspects: trainings everyday, dealing with an everyday stress, schoolwork on time
These things are basically a base of my lifestyle.
Relieving stress: listening to music, reading books, sleeping and also exercising to relieve stress.
Moreover, I have a healthy diet. I usually eat porridge or cottage cheese for breakfast, vegetables and meat for lunch, and cottage cheese and fruits for dinner.
