Most schools in Russia are the same. They are comprehensive.
The school year goes from September to the end of May. There are three terms and short holidays every five weeks. Children from the age 7 to 17 go there. We can’t choose the subjects by our selves. So we have 7 or 8 lessons every day. The school day begins at 8:30 and finishes at about 15:30. We have 4 short breaks and 2 long for lunch.
As for me I don’t go to the lunch at school. I like to eat at home. After classes we have after school clubs: drawing, sport, history, technick.
My school is very big. There are more than 1100 students there. We have our own uniform.
It is a navy costume with white shirt. Our school life is interesting. We take part indifferent concerts and special days.
Every year we have a fair of handmade souvenirs and bakery products. I think that this day is very tasty and useful.
