Предлагаю читателям ознакомиться с образцом выполнения задания 4 (высокого уровня сложности) из варианта 1 «Типовых экзаменационных вариантов» 2022 года под редакцией М.В.Вербицкой; тема проекта – ”Life in the countryside”.
1. Hello, Anna. I have found two photographs for our project “Life in the countryside” and I would like to tell you about them.
2. The photos feature scenes of rural life in summer.
3. In the first picture, we can see a man and his little child who are having a good time in front of their country house.
4. The man is playing the guitar and the child is listening to him.
5. They are sitting at the breakfast table under a garden tree.
6. In the second picture, we can see a cattle farm with some buildings in the background and cows and calves in the foreground.
7. In my opinion, the main difference between these shots is in the way people use rural areas.
8. Photo 1 depicts a family coming to the countryside in search of leisure activities, whereas Photo 2 shows an agricultural enterprise whose primary objective is to meet the population’s demands for food.
9. I believe both places shown in the pictures have their advantages and disadvantages in terms of living.
10. Staying in a small wooden house with a garden is pleasant and relaxing, but such a dwelling may lack some basic conveniences, for example, running water and electricity.
11. A modern farm is supposed to be equipped with all the necessary things to live in comfort; however, one has to work hard there, which makes life boring and monotonous.
12. As for me, I consider a house in a suburb of a city to be the best place of living.
13. On the one hand, I could enjoy privacy, quietness and natural surroundings there; on the other hand, the urban facilities I need would be within easy reach.
14. That is all I wanted to discuss with you.
