Close your eyes, please.Imagine that you are in the middle of a completely dark forest. It's huge. Suddenly, a glimmer of fire cuts through the darkness. You rush there and see that a big bonfire is burning. A bonfire that casts thousands of sparks. Some sparks don’t find suitable grass, bushes and trees to ignite, others find and create new bonfires. And some of these new bonfires begin to burn even brighter than the one from which the spark jumped.
These bonfires do not burn out trees, bushes and grass - on the contrary, the brighter they burn, the larger and taller they become.
Open your eyes. Grass, bushes and trees - this is you and me. When we light up some business that brings us development and benefit, we turn into bonfires. Sparks are what inspires other people in our deeds to do interesting and useful things. The more light from the fires in the forest, the less space in it for darkness. Darkness, consisting of the unknown, darkness, which is not friend with a good mood.
Some of us are huge bonfires. They burn brightly, scattering thousands incendiary sparks far from themself. Some of us are small bonfires - they throw very few sparks and not so far. But they grow, but they illuminate everything around. They help fight with aforementioned darkness.
There are those of us who haven’t yet caught fire. They didn’t find their business, they didn’t get the necessary spark. Maybe in the society in which they live, or even on that planet and in this time, they are not destined to become the core of the fire, they are not destined to light the fire from scratch themselves. But they can help the fire, which is already burning, become bigger and stronger.
What difference does it really make whether you lit a fire or not, if you are burning good, growing and scattering sparks. Personally, I would be satisfied with any option - to ignite and burn myself, or to help an already lit fire become stronger. The main thing is to burn!
For some of us it is easier to ignite, for some it is easier to make big bonfire and burn longer. Someone do both – easy ignites and easy makes big bonfire for a long time. Grass can be big like tree and tree can be sensitive to fire like yellow grass. All possible in our magic forest.
Rain plays on the side of darkness here. It puts out fires and moistens grass, bushes and trees so much that they become insensitive to any sparks. Certain drops of rain are dangerous for certain forest habitants. Some are wetted by drops of anger and hatred, but not touched by drops of laziness, others are immune to drops of uncertainty, but wetted by drops of boasting. Drops of indifference, drops of disappointment... There are so many different nasty drops in this rain.
Underground rivers our allies. The bigger and stronger our root system the more different rivers are available to us. River of power, river of health, river of wisdom, river of will. Different kinds of useful rivers flow under our magic forest. They make us bigger, stronger and more sensitive to fire.
Another our allies are we ourselves. We shelter each other from the nasty rain. We ourselves help to dry faster those whom this rain was able to wet. After all, the faster we dry the wet ones, the less time they will have to wet the others.
Close your eyes again, please. Now you are in a completely light forest. Millions of sparks fly to and fro. It's as bright as day all around. Thousands of bonfires are burning everywhere. They rise up, wink at you and call you with them. Suddenly you realize that you are also a bonfire, that part of the sparks flying back and forth are sparks from you.
Open your eyes. Thank you for your attention.
