We're used to flash mobs, in which people dance on the streets, malls and even in the underground. Sometime they present citizens's position on some questions directed to the environment such as the pollution and difficulty with green spaces.
American TV presenter from his originally show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" came up with the idea of something completely different and he presented a Christmas flash mob for parents and their children. Instead of giving kids presents that they always wanted parents had put into boxes broccoli, dolls for boys and cars for girls.
To make the long story short, parents made fun of it and shoot on camera their children's reaction.
I wouldn't say it's costly the reason of poor presents.
Like here, the girl took out a rotten banana and tried to eat it...
Or here, where the girl received a bow, and then cried.
And here the boy got his Hello Kitty pajamas instead of his favourite Spider-Man.
Commentators reacted quite sharply to such a flash mob. They also compared this one to popular flash mob in honor of the memory of Michael Jackson.
Although, I think, such flash mobs are arranged not only to amuse the audience, but also to show how our generation is growing.
