I can't help sharing with you this video. This is perhaps the best addition to my daily stretching exercise.
The matter is that the day before yesterday I was just all fingers and thumbs, and pulled my muscles under the right side of the ribs. Now I've been suffering unexpected twinges during the day because of severe spasms. I even kept thinking I would be taking in special medicines to sedate the muscles but didn't dare for the side effects they can cause such as falling in a dead faint.
So what? I came across this video and even did this 30 minute workout after which I had a contrasting shower for a chance of getting a synergetic effect. And it worked. I understand I should do more exercises than one to lift the tense in my muscles fully.
