1)First you need to fry the bacon and sausages in a hot frying pan until golden brown. Next, cut the mushrooms into small pieces, and the tomato into two parts, then fry the vegetables in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
2)Next, break the eggs and cook fried eggs from them, and fry the toasts in the toaster or in the pan where the sausages and bacon were cooked. Beans must be sent to a saucepan and cooked, stirring, for about five to seven minutes, then add butter, pepper and salt to the resulting sauce.
3)After that, put all the ingredients on a large plate in the following sequence: beans, eggs, mushrooms, tomato halves, sausages and bacon. Toasted toast should be placed on the side. The finished dish is served hot.
2. Soup puree with leek
Ingredients
Potatoes: 500 g
White part of leeks: 2 pieces
Onion: 1 piece
Garlic: 3 cloves
Water: 1 glass
Cream 20%: 100 g
Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
Thyme: 3 teaspoons
White bread: 1/2 piece
Salt: to taste

1)Cut the leeks into rings. Onions - half rings. Potatoes - large cubes. 1 garlic clove - crush with a knife and finely chop.
2)Heat up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and lightly sauté the whole onion. Don't let it get brown.
3)Add water and potatoes. Cook for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
4)Grind the prepared vegetables with a blender.
5)Add cream and salt. If soup is too thin, simmer over low heat until desired consistency.If the soup is too thick, add more water or cream. For the croutons, cut the bread into 1 cm thick slices. Crush the remaining 2 cloves of garlic. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, garlic and 3 teaspoons of thyme (thyme). Using a brush, apply the mixture in a thin layer on slices of bread. Cut the bread into 1x1 cm cubes. Place on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes. Watch carefully so that the crackers do not burn, stirring occasionally.
3. English Christmas pudding

1)Wash dried fruits and raisins and drain. Grate apple and carrot. Chop the almonds and walnuts.
2)Mix raisins, currants, candied fruits, nuts, dried apricots, zest, cherries, grated apple and carrots.
3)Add sugar, a pinch of salt, eggs, flour, bread crumbs, softened butter, cognac, cardamom, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix all ingredients well.
4)Grease a pudding mold with oil and place the dough in it, pressing firmly.
5)Then cover with a lid and cook in a water bath for 4 hours. After boiling water, keep the fire as low as possible. Top up water periodically. Carefully invert the finished pudding onto a plate.
4.Yorkshire pudding
Ingredients
Milk (280 milliliters)
Wheat flour (130 grams)
Chicken eggs (3 pieces)
Vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)

1)Distribute the flour and milk into measuring cups. Next, you need to beat the eggs until foam forms. And also pour into a separate glass. To make a pudding of the right consistency, it is necessary that these 3 ingredients are in the same quantity. You may need more eggs, it all depends on their size.
2)After measuring, beat the eggs and milk with a mixer. Add salt. Next, it is necessary to sift wheat flour in small portions. Stir everything well, until the consistency of the dough. It should turn out without lumps.
3)The resulting dough should be moved to a bowl and covered with a lid. After leaving for at least 30 minutes, you can do it longer. The dough should be well infused.
4)Next, it is necessary to preheat the oven well to 220 degrees. Grease baking pans with vegetable oil. And put it in the oven for a couple of minutes.
5)Meanwhile, the dough should be beaten again with a mixer. It should be quite liquid. Distribute it into forms. Fill out the forms up to half. Bake for 20 minutes.
5.banana pudding without baking
Ingredients
Milk -2 cups
Sugar -70 g
Wheat flour -1 tablespoon
Starch -2 teaspoons
Vanilla -to taste
Egg yolks -2 pcs.
Sponge cookies -100 gr.
Bananas -2 pcs.
Cooking instructions
1)Heat the milk, while not bringing it to a boil. Beat the yolks a little and add a quarter of the heated milk to them. Mix the dry ingredients, add milk to them, mix everything. Add the remaining milk and bring the mass to a thick state over medium heat. Remove from heat to avoid the formation of a film - cover with a lid. Leave to cool.
2)While the pudding is cooling, prepare 2 molds. Put cookies on the bottom of each one.
3)Add the sliced banana.
4)Pour over the pudding.
5)Put banana slices and two cookies on top. Pour in the remaining pudding. Put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to cool the pudding.
